Welcome to MariaRoshArt Home. These Terms & Conditions outline how we operate, how orders are handled, and what you can expect when purchasing from our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Us

MariaRoshArt Home is a London‑based creative studio. Every piece begins as an original artwork in our London studio and is made to order with care in London by our production partners.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that your order has been received and is being prepared for production.

All cushions are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you once your purchase is complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable,
  • there is an error in pricing or product information, or
  • we believe the order may be fraudulent.

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

3. Cancellations

Production begins very quickly once an order is placed.

  • You may cancel or amend your order within 30 minutes of purchase.
  • After 30 minutes, cancellations are not possible, as your cushion will already be in production.

Please check colours, sizes and quantities carefully before completing checkout.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major payment methods offered on our website.

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to continue or receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on production and courier schedules. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

Once dispatched, your parcel will be sent via a tracked courier service, and you will receive tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always assist where possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. In summary:

Change‑of‑mind returns

You may return your cushion within 14 days of delivery if it is:

  • unused,
  • in its original condition, and
  • returned in its original packaging.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your cushion arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos. You may choose a replacement or refund.

Transit damage

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

Lost parcels

If your order does not arrive, please allow 3 working days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded.

7. Product Information

We aim to display colours and details as accurately as possible. However, small variations may occur due to screen settings, textile printing, and handmade production. These subtle differences are not considered faults.

Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of fabric and stitching.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, branding and written content on this website belong to MariaRoshArt Home and to the artist M. R. Chanmugam.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without written permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to process your order and provide customer support. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

MariaRoshArt Home is not liable for:

  • courier delays,
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer,
  • damage caused by misuse or improper care,
  • minor variations in colour or size inherent to textile production.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
