1.      Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. 

Cushion covers can also be ordered for delivery to the following European Union countries (EU1): Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. 

EU delivery of fine art prints is available by personalised quotation only.

2.      Products available by region

The full product range is available to customers in the UK.

Customers in the EU1 zone can purchase our made-to-order cushion covers directly through the website. We recommend purchasing cushion pads locally.

Fine art prints are available for EU delivery by personalised shipping quotation only. Please contact us before ordering, confirming the artwork, print size and delivery country. We will provide a personalised shipping quotation and, should you wish to proceed, a secure payment link for your order.

Fine art prints are produced and dispatched by our print partners, DStudio, while cushions are made to order by our UK-based textile partners.

3.      Processing & Dispatch

All cushions are made to order. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your parcel is on its way.

Please note: Cushions and art prints may arrive separately as they are produced by different partners.

  • £13.50 for small to medium sized prints.
  • £15.50 for large prints.

5.      European Union Delivery

  • Flat rate: £15.50 per order

  • Sent via a tracked international courier service

EU1 Standard Delivery Art Prints

Available by personalised quotation only.

Please contact us before ordering, confirming the artwork, print size and delivery country. We will provide a shipping quotation based on the destination and order details. If you wish to proceed, we will send a secure payment link for your order.

Delivery times will be confirmed with your quotation. Orders are sent using a tracked international courier service.

6.      Duties & Taxes

European orders, including fine art print orders arranged by quotation,  may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or courier handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the customer upon delivery. As they vary by country, we are unable to predict the exact amount.

 7.      Tracking

All parcels are sent using a tracked service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.

8.      Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Once your parcel has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made.

9.      Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few extra days for courier delays. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us so we can investigate.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, you may choose a replacement or a refund.

10.  Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item as soon as possible and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.

11.  Peak Season

During busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated if delays occur.
