Processing & Dispatch
All cushions are made to order.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- £5.99 for orders under £80
- Free for orders over £80
- Delivered in 3–5 business days
- Sent via a tracked courier service
- Delivery Monday to Saturday (no Sunday deliveries)
Tracking
All parcels are sent using a tracked service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Once your parcel has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few extra days for carrier delays. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us so we can investigate.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, you may choose a replacement or a refund.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item as soon as possible and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.
Peak Season
During busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated if delays occur.
